Job summary

We're seeking a Personal Assistant toprovide comprehensive administrative, secretarial and PA support to the Area Director, Deputy Area Director and Area Head of Nursing and Governance, undertaking a range of activities to ensure focus on key priorities; to support a professional, efficient and confidential service. They will also provide administrative support when needed to other management posts.

Main duties of the job

To ensure that Quality Assurance is supported through the use of appropriate systems, procedures and processes.

The post holder will demonstrate tact, discretion, and diplomacy, promoting a professional corporate image at all times.

To be responsible for ensuring daily management of diary, emails, telephone calls and other correspondence are dealt with in a timely manner.

The postholder will assume responsibility for specific projects as required, including carrying out any necessary research.

To assist other team members to develop and maintain effective office systems and processes within the department in order to progress business priorities.
