Executive Administrator to the Senior Leadership Team
Reporting to: Admin & Communication Manager
Location: The Gatwick School
Type of position: Permanent – 22.5hrs per week – term time (39 weeks) plus 1 week during the holidays (working from home during the holidays will be considered)
Grade: WSCC plus fringe Scale 5: salary point 7 - 8
Main Responsibility:
- To provide effective and efficient admin support to the Senior Leadership Team.
We are looking for individuals who have:
- Strong organisational skills and effective time management, enabling deadlines to be consistently met
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage challenging issues with staff, parents/carers and students
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Can quickly build effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Are confident at using their initiative and working independently
