PA to the CEO/ Executive Head Teacher

PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO THE CEO/EXECUTIVE HEADTEACHER

Full-Time, Term Time Only + 5 INSET Days + 2 Weeks (15 additional days)

NJC GRADE 7, points 14-19: £25,409 - £27,852 (£23,063 – £25,281 pro rata)

Are you an experienced business administrator interested in providing a first-class service to the CEO/Executive Headteacher of a mixed comprehensive secondary school and multi academy trust?

Are you able to:

• Plan, organise, anticipate and support the work of the CEO/Executive Headteacher and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT);
• Provide comprehensive, efficient and professional administration support;
• Communicate with a range of stakeholders including staff, students, parents, Governors, Trustees and outside agencies including the Department of Education (DfE) and the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).

The ideal candidate will be educated to A Level standard and have previous experience of providing high-level administrative support at a senior level.
