The role As an Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will be responsible for driving ILG's strategy of rapid growth in the UK and globally. The Marketing Campaigns Manager will support the marketing team with ILG's marketing activities, with a primary focus: to plan, co-ordinate and manage inbound and outbound marketing campaigns to our target audiences in the UK, EU and USA and report to the Marketing Manager. The key responsibilities of the role are: - Support the Marketing Team to implement the marketing strategy in line with ILG's vision and strategy and ensure that campaigns conform to ILG brand guidelines and reflect our company values - Create integrated marketing campaigns based on target market segments to build brand awareness and gain new customers as well as owning the planning and scheduling of campaign activity - Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success, using HubSpot - Work with our digital marketing agency to ensure relevant paid campaigns are delivering ROI and synchronising with other marketing activities - Oversee the adaptation of campaign-related content that is solution-focused for specific audiences e.g. industry sectors, job titles, regions - Regularly monitor and report on campaign performance and results via HubSpot - Manage campaign budgets - Co-ordinate with the ILG Sales team to ensure seamless co-operation between sales and marketing across new business targeting and pipeline What we are looking for - At least five years' relevant work experience in marketing (agency or client side) - Experience of running multichannel lead generation campaigns - Experience of using HubSpot for marketing and sales - An understanding of B2B marketing and of the 'Account Based Marketing' approach - Highly organised project manager (ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously) with excellent time management skills - Strong attention to detail - Good at financial management and implementing tight budgetary control - Able to write well and demonstrate strong literacy skills - A confident communicator and team player, able to quickly develop working relationships with a wide range of people - Good understanding of the lead generation and sales process - Experience of liaising with external providers e.g. creative and digital marketing agencies, copywriters, printers Benefits - Company Bonus scheme (£300) - Following a successful probation period, opportunity for hybrid working in line with ILG policy up to 50/50 remote / office working - Pension, Life Assurance, Healthshield Cash Plan and Discount Perks - 22 days' holiday (plus Bank Holidays) increasing to 25 days after 2 complete holiday years, with the option to buy/sell holiday - Birthday leave - Dedicated rest areas with free tea and coffee plus monthly fruit baskets - Free on-site parking and free electric car charging points - Dedicated platform for learning and development - Staff member of the month rewards - Monthly company social events and an annual awards ceremony - Employee assistance programme to promote mental health wellbeing - Cycle to work scheme For more information about our company or employee benefits, please visit our website.
