We pride ourselves on providing straightforward advice and work with the aim of looking after each and every client for the longer term. The company is run by a senior management team of three directors with specific expertise in Business, Charity and Individual accounting and taxation matters supported by highly experienced staff.

We are offering a permanent role as Team Secretary/Receptionist and General Administrator. Working closely with, and supporting a small team of, five Chartered Accountants; your role is to work to assist in ensuring the smooth running and efficiency of the office day to day.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

To provide all secretarial, administrative and receptionist support and assisting with the efficient day to day running of the office including:

  • Producing invoices on Word and using Excel to maintain detailed records of payments requested and received while also maintaining an organised paper trail.
  • Maintaining all client records in both digital and paper formats.
  • Processing inbound and outbound mail, including the scanning and filing of inbound mail and the franking of outbound mail.
  • Managing orders of stationary, refreshments and office supplies.
  • Greeting clients in person, answering, and transferring inbound calls.
  • The scanning and filing of all correspondence.
  • Accurate typing of draft accounts and input of figures.

Essential skills:
