  • Develop a content strategy catering to every stage of the customer journey, ensuring interactive experiences.
  • Coordinate with the in–house photographer to outline visuals for social media and email marketing campaigns.

  • Conduct audience analysis and explore social media landscapes to suggest innovative approaches, ensuring the brands are visible in emerging customer channels.
  • Monitor competitors' activities on social media, extract insights, and apply learnings to enhance strategies.
  • Regularly track and evaluate social media key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
  • Deliver internal reports and suggestions for enhancing performance on a weekly, monthly, and campaign–specific basis.

The Person:

We are seeking an individual who lives and breathes social media. Proficiency in utilising social media scheduling tools and analytics is a must, alongside a knack for creating engaging and persuasive digital campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

A hunger for continuous learning and a proactive approach to acquiring new skills are highly valued. Strong writing, numeracy, and presentation abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a results–oriented mindset, are essential traits we are looking for. The successful candidate should thrive in fast–paced environments, exhibit strong initiative, and possess a data–driven mindset that keeps them abreast of the latest trends and strategies in online marketing. Additionally, a penchant for challenging the status quo and improving existing practices, alongside stellar research, organisational, and communication skills, are critical for excelling in this role.
