Description
As an Account Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong, long–lasting customer relationships
- Overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers and developing new business from existing clients
- Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profits
- Developing trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Collaborating with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory
- Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics
Profile
A successful Account Manager should have:
- A strong background in sales, preferably in the Business Services sector
- Proven ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
