We now have several opportunities for Multi-Skilled Fitters to join our team @ Varian Crawley.

Role Responsibilities:

• Build, wire and test Varian products and equipment according to technical instructions, test certification and company guidelines.

• Provide technical assistance such as product and equipment design, fault finding and repair.

• Demonstrate resourcefulness, adaptability and initiative to ensure output and quality requirements are achieved, through efficiency, productivity and teamwork.

• Thorough knowledge of the use and care of measuring equipment used within manufacturing and comply with the company calibration requirements.

• Thorough understanding and comply with the requirements relating to the handling of static sensitive devices.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Completion of recognised and relevant apprenticeship qualified to a minimum of NVQ level 3 with certificates in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering.

• Experience as a Multi-Skilled Fitter within a similar environment.

• Proficient in utilizing business tools such as: Email, Microsoft word, Excel, and PowerPoint
