In a nutshell

This exciting role will lead our in-house Business Enablement (BE) development team and any Salesforce developer resources, manage staff recruitment, coaching and development, as well as acting as the technical design authority for deliverables through this delivery channel. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Developer with an analytical approach to lead a team and develop a culture of best practice across many streams.


Day to day

As a Business Enablement Manager, you will be responsible for management of the DevOps Backlog, and resource allocation for sprints. Where required, the ability to form a cross-functional working group with other areas of technology and citizen developers may be required. This role will be actively supported by the SME (Subject Matter Experts) for the Power Platform. This role will need to work closely with the Data Engineering Manager to ensure the teams are aligned on any deliverables involving data. In Short you will be involved with:

About you

Are you an experienced Developer, with analytical skills and the ability to convey your ideas and processes confidently to your team, internal and external stakeholders? If so, we think you would love this role!

Essential skills and attributes you will have include:

Effective system development, testing and support skills, with a strong blend of technical skills, such as Azure Cloud, O365 & Power Platform (including Power BI and Sharepoint), MS SQL and a range of languages including HTML, CSS, Javascript, AngularJS, Bootstrap, or C# .Net

Project management, business analysis and agile development knowledge and skills; including experience of using full Azure DevOps to manage these disciplines.

Strong understanding of quality assurance

Strong general knowledge of technology (PCs, servers, mobile, wireless, networks, service orientated architecture)

You will also need to confidently communicate data to internal and external stakeholders along with coaching and leading your team

Whilst absolutely not essential, it would be helpful if you have experience or knowledge of Systems Integration (BizTalk, Logic Apps), Mobile development, CRM and UX/UI.
