Position: Part-time receptionist

Hours: Wednesday 8.00-13.30; Thursday 11.30-16.30; Friday 11.30-18.30; alternate Saturdays 8.00-16.00 (20.75 hours per week)

Pay: £10.00-£11.00ph depending on experience

Location: 1 Oak Cottage, County Oak Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH11 7ST

Start date: September 2022

 

Bridgeham Clinic is a well-established private practice in Crawley.

The Clinic offers a powerful combination of osteopathy and Pilates with additional services such as acupuncture, massage, foot health and nutrition available to wholly support patients.  Bridgeham began 29 years ago and in 2017 moved from a 2-treatment room clinic in Ifield to the current location in the thriving County Oak Retail Park in Manor Royal, where there are 5 treatment rooms and dedicated Pilates machine and movement studios.  Everything under one roof! 

Trevor and Jo, together with their expert team of managers, reception staff and practitioners, are passionate about their business, helping people to enjoy movement and to solve the mystery of why their bodies do what they do.  They strive to help all people to “Be the best they can be” whether they are a patient, a practitioner or a member of staff.

The team of practitioners are led by Trevor Strutt, the Institute of Osteopathy’s Principal of the Year award winner in 2015, and Jo Strutt, Pilates and Garuda instructor and ex-West End musical theatre dancer/performer.  This inspirational husband and wife team demonstrate a never-ending energy and commitment, which is felt throughout the clinic.

 

Job Description

We are looking to recruit a confident, experienced, friendly, reliable team player to join our existing admin angels in providing excellent customer service to our patients.

Bridgeham is a fun and energetic place to work, so a sense of humour is essential to being part of this amazing team. 

The ideal person should have experience of working in an administrative or customer service role.  As the first point of contact for potential and existing patients, we are looking for someone who is approachable, calm and positive.  Every day brings new experiences so we need someone who is adaptable, able to work in a team but also able to multi-task. 

We are looking for someone with a confident and friendly telephone manner.  They should also have proven typing skills and a good command of the English language.  Additional skills might include social media and marketing.  We are also looking for a willingness to take on new tasks as required. Full training will be provided to use our bespoke diary software.

Our focus is always on providing the best service to our patients, whilst supporting the practitioners in their roles and promoting the multi-disciplinary services on offer at Bridgeham.
