A great opportunity has been created for a Corporate afternoon receptionist at our Manhattan office on Manor Royal.

As a Receptionist with People's Partnership you will be responsible for the smooth, effective and efficient delivery of front-of-house/reception service for People’s Partnership Holdings and additional building tenants. Provision of administrative support for Facilities and associated operational teams to support the Directorate’s business activities.

This is a part time opportunity working Monday to Friday 1pm - 6pm, some flexibility is required to help cover the desk when colleagues are on holiday or off sick.

Duties and responsibilities

Greeting and managing all incoming visitors & contractors to the building in a polite and professional manner.
Supporting additional tenants with specified front of house/reception services
Reporting any building faults outside of People's Partnership demise to Head of Facilities and Landlord Managing Agents and following up to completion.
Managing and executing Facilities and Reception related service desk/visitor requests.
Ensuring that all visitors and contractors are signed in and issued with appropriate passes/keys for People's Partnership and each respective tenant.
Setting up and printing new staff/visitor/contractor passes as required and ensuring the access control system is working effectively.
Ensuring all leavers access passes are deleted and removed from the access control system.
Allocation of bookable hot desks and ensuring the master spreadsheet is kept up-to-date at all times.
Assisting with set-up services for ground floor meeting spaces – opening/closing rooms as required and catering set-up/clearance.
Manage the reception area to ensure that it is kept in a clean, tidy and safe condition at all times and reporting any issues to the Head of Facilities.
Daily packing of member correspondence in line with Print Mail Distribution requirements.
